Remember this----PRICE fixes everything! When the buyer perceives there is value (because of the price)..they will quickly buy the home!
The other variables can affect the price.
Terms: Owner financing is a great carrot to dangle! Buy down mortgage!
Condition: Always fix what needs to be fixed! Stage the property! Start packing!
Location: It is the only variable that cannot be changed! A bad location is a bad location..so price it right and it must be picture perfect inside!
